A no-app paperwork workflow for an Australian operations business: drivers fill a phone-friendly Google Form, a branded delivery docket PDF is generated automatically, and a single source-of-truth sheet keeps every docket numbered, searchable, and archived.
The client — an established Australian operations business — was handling delivery dockets on paper and ad-hoc spreadsheets. They wanted the whole flow inside Google Workspace, with no new app to install, no per-seat SaaS fees, and a docket PDF that looked like their existing hardcopy.
The build replaces the paper workflow with a Google Form that any driver can fill from a phone, an Apps Script back-end that turns each submission into a numbered PDF docket on a branded template, and a master Google Sheet that becomes the single source of truth for every job.
Delivered as a fully working end-to-end workflow inside the client's own Google Workspace. Dockets that previously needed paper, manual numbering and re-keying now take one phone submission and produce a numbered, branded PDF in the shared Drive automatically. The system was signed off by the client and runs unattended day-to-day.
